Word Lab is going on Spring Break! If you’ve been eyeing Word Lab, April is the month to join us—we’ll be taking the third week off for Spring Break, and that means you’re getting a discount at a reduced rate!
Word Lab is part online office hours and part writing community. Consistently, participants talk about how much more productive they are—there’s something about being in a group setting and carving that time out for yourself that ensures you get the project done in a really unique and focused way. If you’ve been hesitant to try it out, April is definitely the month to jump in—fewer sessions = a lower price tag, and it’s just enough to really get you started!
You don’t have to take our word for how effective Word Lab can be…although it’s absolutely a service we use for ourselves! Not only did Beth write nearly the entirety of The Princess and the Scoundrel and Cristin write a big chunk of her own The Stars Between Us during Word Lab sessions, we have two past and current Word Labbers with upcoming books that they worked on during Word Lab session!
You, Me, and Our Heartstrings by Melissa See is coming from Scholastic in July—you can pre-order this story now! This YA contemporary romance is going to tug at your heartstrings-it’s very aptly titled! Melissa did some of the writing of this novel during Word Lab sessions, and we’re so thrilled to see how far she’s come!
We’re also excited for author Andria Henry’s new title, Who Says You Can’t Go Home! This swoony book is coming in May, and we can’t wait to read it after talking with Andria during Word Lab about how awesome it is!
